Mogu Sprites

A monster scripted to appear in- Godzilla vs Gigan 

The lil' guy works a lot like megaguirus (or at least from what we've inferred.) But instead of copying an enemy's attack he'd use projectiles of his own, as well as push you back with his lightning ability (which I made up) He basically swoops in, drains your power so you can't use ranged attacks, then push you back until he uses his own power up.
